STORE POLICY
1. Order Processing

Customers will be notified of estimated dispatch dates at the time of order confirmation.
2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST.

Payment terms: Upfront Payment required.

Accepted payment methods include Bank transfer and PayPal.
3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide and internationally upon request.

Freight is calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

Title and risk of goods pass to the customer upon shipment.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
4. Returns & Exchanges

As our products are manufactured to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If an item is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos.

Approved returns must be authorized in writing. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.

Custom-made tooling or blanks are not returnable unless faulty.
5. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Orders for custom protective blanks or tooling cannot be cancelled once production has started.
7. Product Use & Compliance

Our products are designed for specific applications. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper installation, use, and compatibility.

We assume no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use or modification.
8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and technical data provided by Precision Blanks remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without express consent.
9. Limitation of Liability

Precision Blanks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products.
10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used strictly for order processing and internal record-keeping.

We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
